        This hotel is amazing and has historic references- there is a mail box system from the year 1906! The staff - very polite and accommodating The restaurant downstairs has everything - By George !

        I echo everyone else's concerns about poor service. In fact, lets go a step further and say you all have no customer service. Let's cut to the chase, the theme of this hotel is "I can't be bothered," between staff rolling their eyes or distracted with their cell phone, I've never seen so many staff disinterested in being helpful to others. The bar is a flat out disappointment. I'm convinced that they employ individuals who have no bartending skills. You'll get an appointed room and a nice exterior at this hotel, but you won't get anything else.
