        I used to live here.The office manager does nothing. I have literally watched her ignore phone calls for no reason. The apartments are roach and bed bug infested. They know this but they don't do anything about it. The officer manager tried to trick me into paying for bed bug treatment for the entire building. They don't allow pets. However there is one woman they allow to collect multiple stray cats on her porch. She builds home made cat houses out of lawn chairs and cardboard boxes and they allow it. She puts bed warmers inside the boxes which is a fire hazard and the office manager allows it. This cat lady also harassed me day and night and the officer manager allowed it.

        This Apartment complex is a subsidized rental property for low income. There is quite a bit of "You scratch my back, I'll scratch yours"? Going on (Quid Pro Quo).This Apartment Complex should be investigated.
