Garbage is only picked up twice a week and no one comes around and claims that area around the around this building garbage is always left everywhere and in the bushes and the grass

Takes months, LITERALLY, to get pretty much anything done. Then they have the audacity to try to rush you "the tenant" to get what they need. SMH.
They do things backwards, they make up rules and protocols and don't stick to them and you can tell you become a nuisance for expecting them to do what they said they'd do and if possible in a way that makes sense... That's rare.
Angela in the leasing office is cool. I appreciate her customer service. Everyone else has proven to be, as expected, disappoints.
