Thrive Pet Healthcare - Decatur

Our visit to THRIVE was easily the best visit to any veterinarian, ever. From start to finish the process was so smooth. We were able to get a same day appointment, and the vet (tech maybe?) was AWESOME. He really listened and answered every question we had, and we left feeling so good about our dogs health, and informed. He was super knowledgeable, patient, kind to my dog, myself and daughter, and was able to truly understand our worries without making us feel rushed like a lot of places do. We felt very much heard. Checkout was so easy, I did it on my phone with a link that was text to me while we were still sitting in the patient room. I even forgot paperwork when I left and the sweet front desk person came all the way across their parking lot to give it back to me. We are never going anywhere else! I will be transferring all of my pets to THRIVE. These folks are outstanding, and make such a great impression. Our animals will be patients for life! Thanks so much! Editing to say that the cost also blew me away. It was not expensive at all for the level of care my Maltese received from here. I will recommend THRIVE to everybody that I know, they are efficient, reasonably priced, as well as VERY nice.

Brought my baby in for a first time visit and everything was great! I like how everything is through your phone as far as payment, check in, etc. Dr. Zeleke, Katie and Michael were really attentive and nice. Clean facility and smells good too!

Depends on who you get, apparently, but they all try. No one is unpleasant, but it's clear some people don't want to be there...
