Takes too long to answer emails. Mails letters instead of sending by email - waste of postage.

I wish my emails would get a reply. Other than this complaint, I like living here.

Mediocre customer services

Very nice mobile homes some are brand new. Leasing agent Belvin very professional. Families look happy and great community. Been here few times to look.

These are trailers not regular homes so you can't get the same money as renting a regular. Folk be cheating people out of their money.
