Our hot water went out last night. After a panicked text at 9pm (followed by an immediate response), Adrian had our issue diagnosed and resolved before the kids got home from school today. Great customer service and communication! Thank you!!!

On Jan 16th at 434 pm one of their drivers illegally drove in the right lane and crossover into left side in middle of intersection. Then entire drive from Chateau Elan to 85 South he drove like nut in construction. I wouldn't trust someone with no patience to do a good solid job if he can't even drive legally and calm.

I had what I thought was going to be an easy fix. Surprise! Our technician, Daniel, worked and worked and worked until he was finally able to resolve the issue hours later. Late into the night he finally got everything done and although I could tell he was super tired, still had a great attitude with a smile on his face. Thank you so much!!
