This property is ran by an unprofessional group of people. They have stolen from me, lied to me multiple times, harrased me, and have violated my lease. And all approvals for this kind of behavior have been made by the property manager, Alycha Baker. I have handled all business with this property professionally and the formality has not been reciprocated. I have filed multiple complaints and police report with them in regards to my mail box being broke into several times. I asked for a camera to be put up but my request was denied by Alycha. However, they have put up multiple cameras to watch the trash compact. Her representation of this property is very dismissive. She is aggressive in conversation and never provides resolution. And according to their 3rd party contractor, this property does not show the same respect or courtesy to Black tenants and from personal conflicts I can tell. There is never access to any amenities, the gate is always open, the appliances are always needing repair, and everything is "janky". Yet, the prices continue to rise, ridiculous. Would not recommend.
