I am very disappointed. Ive been at this complex for almost 2 years now. I am not sure who has moved in above me or beside me but my apartment constantly smells like Weed and Cigarette Smoke. The smell travels through my bathroom vents and utility closet the most . Ive complained to the manager at the leasing office, Ive complained to the leasing agent as well. I recently found out that I wasnt the only one complaining from my building so finally a letter was sent out to the apartment community advising that this is a Smoke Free Community and Smoking is Not Prohibited on the Property. Once that was done, I noticed that the smoking stopped for only ( One Week). Me thinking that the Managers handled the issue one and for all. I see now , it didnt happen. It has now started back up and Im very upset . Ive had to turn on my AC to try and help with the smell and it is still Cold here in Ga. Ive had to leave out at night and purchase air fresheners and candles to try and eliminate the smells as well but that is not working at all. I work from home and I have two children. So you can imagine how uncomfortable this may be for me since I am in my home majority of the time and then having to deal with the smoke smell which is now starting to get into my clothing. I feel that we dont deserve this at all. I am a very good tenant here. I expect to be comfortable and peaceful in my apartment without having to deal with the smoke smell which is starting to make me cough and cause irritation in my breathing. I am really disappointed about this situation. The assistant manager suggested that I keep calling the courtesy officer if the office is closed to report the smell. I dont have time for that every night. Once I have reported it several times and nothing has been done about it , now it becomes a major problem.. I know its major because Im writing this review with the feeling hoping that my complaint will be heard and really taken serious once and for all. I am sooo glad that my Lease will be ending in April and I will never return here nor will I ever recommend anyone to stay here. This community was good at one time especially when I lived here back in 2013 which made me decide to come back almost 2 years ago but I cant say the same anymore. Its very Hard for me to Accept the Smell of Weed and Cigarette Smells in my home Especially when I dont Smoke. The Non Smoking Policy is on My Lease Addendum here at Park Trace but its not being taken serious or being Adhered to. Why put it in the lease Park Trace if you will not strictly enforce this policy. I came to this community because of its non smoking policy.. that played apart in my decision among many other reasons . Im very upset and disappointed and I refuse to deal with this even if I only have 2 more months to go.

I been a resident for a few years I love my apartment and I love the community, the pool stays clean year round and the dog park is a nice area as well. The leasing agent Oreana is very nice and so is the new assistant manager Staci. Im glad I moved here a few years ago and stayed a long term resident. Thank you park trace !

I lived here for 2 years, and it was probably the most depressing 2 years of my life. The courtesy officer would lurk around the parking lot at night and write down peoples plate numbers and look in their cars. The leasing office called me to accuse me of smoking weed in my apartment.. when I wasnt even home, and was pregnant. They raised the rent by over $300 in a period of just 2 years. The only truly good thing Ill say about the place, is the maintenance crew was lovely. They truly cared about the tenants.

Today I am moving into Park Trace and I am excited!! After reading other reviews, I decided to visit and I was not disappointed. My leasing specialist, Oreana, has been friendly, patient, and professional at every encounter. She walked us through the unit and I was immediately pleased with the exterior and the interior. Everything is so clean and its quiet. Im minutes from work and school and I couldnt be more pleased with making Park Trace our new home.
