The store was clean and organized. But, did not have the connector I was looking for. The associates were professional & helpful.

Attempted to call and get info on an order I was trying to get delivered as a gift. Order never shipped, no updates were posted. And possibly the most frustrating thing no one in the store is willing or capable of answering the phone. Any extension is transferred to a national call center, which naturally is sourced out to a foreign country where they are unable to help with anything but the most basic tasks. If that.

Tried to find out if Best Buy-Aiea does recycle used electronic, just to be sure, instead of driving all the way there and they turn me around. Calling them on the phone to speak to representative is IMPOSSIBLE. Too many options. Phone cuts out and cant make options. When I finally got a real live person on the phone, she asked me for my name , phone number and email address. All this only to find out if they accept used electronics. Only to be told that Best Buy does not accept used electronics. What a waste.
