        There are 17, people waiting on the board and there are 5 spectrum employees at the kiosks. 2 are with customers and two are talking story laughing not calling out customers listed on the board. What kind of cutomer service is that??

        I had an amazing experience with Ms. Shantel Wells! She was very professional with assisting me with my WiFi problems, she took the time to listen to me and give me important feedback on what to do with certain issues. She took the time to explain to me what may be causing the issues I wasnt having and all in all she helped me with my problem and got it resolved. I appreciate her attitude, because I had sooooo many questions and they all got answered. Most other places would tend to give attitude or get frustrated with so many questions but she really took the time to listen to me and give me advice to the best of her knowledge. Thank you spectrum for hiring an amazing hardworking woman!!! Very excellent choice in an associate
