I contacted Lindsay from AirCare Hawaii to help service my parents central air conditioning because there was visible mold and a strong musty odor. Her team came on time and were very professional. Explained the process and showed us before and after pictures. My parents said that since their system has been cleaned they haven't had any allergies! We will definitely Italy use their services again in the future

It was great working with Lindsay and the Air Care Hawaii Team. They came out immediately to do a free inspection, which is hard to come by being that we live out in the country. Air Care Hawaii has been a godsend for us. I had been calling companies for a week very slow responses, and then I found their company just before I was getting on a flight for work travel by the time I had landed, they had already reached out to see how they could help. They came out to look over our property and read results from another firm hired by a moving company that damaged our personal property items. Air Care gave professional, honest, clear information and they are extremely knowledgeable on mold and how to handle it. Throughout this process, we have had to deal with a number of people, many of whom are concerned about a bottom line for their company and not our health or wellbeing. Air Care has been very helpful in what has been a very stressful time for us, even telling us how we can best protect our health and exposure in our home and how to safely handle items, while we wait for external organizations to decide how to fix our situation. You can tell that they are genuinely concerned about people, are very knowledgeable, and will give anyone the honest truth regardless of whether it is what that person wants to hear or not. In my opinion, I havent come across a company with this much integrity or expertise in a long time and I highly recommend you contact them if you need the services they provide. We had a plumbing leak that we didn't know about because it was a slow one. We found out because we saw visible damage and mold. AirCare instructed us to contact a plumber and helped us through the insurance process. When leak was resolved. They came out and cut out the damage and treated the mold. They also provided sampling to ensure no black mold was in the air and their remediation efforts were successful. Very happy with their services from start to finish! Mahalo again!
