My recent experience with AirCare was lovely! Their response to my concerns and water damage in home was done in a professional manner. condensation pan overflowed and water leaked slowly over time in my closet at my residence. I never noticed because my chair was behind there. My initial call was because i was experiencing some major allergy triggers and couldn't figure out why. So I called Aircare which was referred to me by my building manager. They came out for an initial consultation free of charge which was so nice of them to offer that. A few companies I called prior talking to my building manager charged a fee. Once Jason and Lindsay came out they wanted to inspect ac since i run it 24/7 and found that there was mold and and wetness on the floor. They sent someone in a few hours later to remove the water damaged materials and mold in the drywall and there also recommended that I clean ac because that was in fact moldy too. its an old unit. The ac is now colder then ever! My electric bill also went down and the most import part is now i have clean air to breathe.
