        I'm not a customer, I just wanted some rolls of quarters. They gave them without any problems and the customer service was nice for that interaction

        After banking with FHB for over a decade, their newly changed online banking system is intolerable. Transfers are now with Zelle, which does not work with all receiving banks. Customer support could not provide a satisfactory solution after many phone calls and hours on hold. I would recommend anyone with business needs to look elsewhere.

        I got into a difficult situation while traveling, we ran out of money on the card. But I had cash. We could not buy a ticket home due to the fact that here you can not put money on the card of another bank. Even for a commission. I find this unacceptable! I spent half a day walking around the banks and asking! I do not recommend dealing with this bank! They not good.
