        Horrible for the handicapped!!! There is only one handicapped parking space. After having to park in the back of a large parking lot since the one spot was taken, I then had to stand for 45 minutes in a very long and VERY SLOW line. All that and the bank doesnt even allow for a car loan payment to be made online. Its absolutely ridiculous and hideously painful for the disabled.

        I tried to cash a check from this branch from a well know business in Hawaii who banks with this branch. I was told the bank didn't have enough money to cash it??? Really.. it wasn't that large. I had to go to a check cash place and took a 1000$ lose. Even then this bank would not release more than 1 third of the check and said a 10 day hold on rest of the amount . I'm very confused.. no money , and the same time place a 10 day hold on the check. I feel they should reimburse me the 1000 due to the fact that they can not pay out on there business accounts . What kind of bank is this? NO MONEY
