some stuff we need to fixed urgently closet doors, bathroom, racks, kitchen light most important thing. The floor is not clean.its looks Messi in the living room

Great place to live! Everyone in the office is Amazing! Lindsey, Elise and the rest of the gang are so easy to work with! Very understanding and know you by name! Ive never lived in a place that gets to know their residents! So many fun things that go on including festivities for the holidays, Cost derives, back pack fundraisers for the resident kids and so much more! I highly recommend checking it out!

Dont apply or rent from here. They will take your money and scam you, the fees I was charged was $315 total and my application got denied. I spoke with a guy that said I would get my money back if I got denied but all of that changed once my money spent. DONT GAMBLE YOUR MONEY, go buy a lottery ticket instead. People dont pick money up some people work very hard to just lose money like that. And they wont take your call

5 star for their Superb assistance with the whole process from start to finish! Me not having enough resources from the past to validate income, would've been a lot harder handling on my own. I took a tour of the Element the floor plan was easily accessible. I like the idea of many floor plans to choose from but I didn't realize it until I filled out the application. I like that I can excersize close to my apt I can walk to where I need to workout and also have access to a pool. looking forward to loving my new apt and community.
