DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! I applied two weeks ago 2/15 Spending a whopping $320. No one ever called or reached out to me. After a week of not hearing back i called 4 times in a row. Finally got an answer spoke with Jordan who is the only person that ever answers the phone. I was called back an hour later and was told i was approved but someone else was in charge of my file. Soon after this I was sent a welcome email to switch over my bills but never got a lease or any legal documents to submit. I have called 4-5 times and no response. It is March 4th and my move in date is supposed to be 3/8. The owners need to fire the ENTIRE staff. They are wasting your money and not doing anything to earn their paychecks. F this place. And if i dont get my refund im filling a report with the better business bureau. Think im lying. Watch. Update: today is 3/6 my move in date is supposed to be 3/8. After not speaking to anyone for over a week. Jordan finally called me today and apologized for the delay annd said once again Lucy is out of the office and is supposed to be in charge of my file. She then stated that she could have the paperwork and everything ready by the end of the day so i can move in on Friday which is 1.5 days away. Thats ridiculous i already cancelled my flight, movers, paid an additional months storage fees ect. This company does not have respect for potential clients or current ones. They should hire me to manage this property. I could literally do the bare minimum and still be doing more than these fools. Id have it turned around completely in 30 days. All you have to do is your job! It makes me so mad that there are people willing and ready to work but cant find jobs but people like this are getting paid to run a company straight into the ground . Update 4/3/2024 : 3 weeks of emailing/calling them continuously the property manager reached out to me via email to apologize for their mishandling and to inform me that a refund was issued. So i will not be filing a complaint with the BBB. I appreciate it. Thanks. And thanks to god for helping me dodge this bullet.

This is my first time living in an apartment complex. Things are going well, the manager Kristen has been very helpful and kind. Kristen, Sasha and Jordan are very helpful and professional. They answered all my questions and concerns making me feel very comfortable. Also, thanks for the reminder, about towing cars. My Sticker actually had just expired and I had to wait for it in the mail. Printed the receipt, Crisis avoided Thanks Ladies you're the greatest

I've been here 3 years. I've dealt with cockroaches. The neighbors leave their garbage laying around. There's been shootings here. My car has been broken into three times rent has gone up seven hundred dollars and the last three years and I have eighty style Appliances, and they really don't work all that well. And maintenance doesn't want repair them. It's loud that's respectful here and it's ghetto do not live here

They increase the rent but everyday we have issues with people (drugs, smoking, violence) the cops are around here all the time, its not a peaceful place to live specially for families with children!
