Max always does a solid consistent job helping me and reflects what a good team member should be. He helped with a problem that another autozone refused to help me. This particular location usually gives solid consistent service. Avoid the headache some of the other ones cause.

I was stranded in the parking lot...Charlie the manager got me a battery told me to relax he put it in... he's amazing this is my favorite store.

When i was shopping at autozone a few days ago, i had went there just to get a few cleaning supplies for my car. When i found the things i needed and went to go checkout it wasnt that great. The employee, Ayden, wasnt focused on me or anything i was needing for my car. I had told him multiple times i needed something for my battery and all he kept saying is ill be right with you and just went away on his phone. When i was talking to Ayden the customer service wasnt good or ideal at all. He kept giving me this low and negative attitude and almost made it seem like he wanted nothing to do with customers or giving good output on the job. I had asked Ayden if there was something i could help him with, i told him more info about the car to maybe give him a better look at what was needed. When i told him he laughed and said No. They shouldnt be hiring people who cant work well with people. When he finally got the part i needed after 15 minutes he practically threw the pack of terminals at me and gave a big scruff at the end. He didnt seem like a good person to interact with. I have had this happen before with this employee but i just took it as a bad day for him. Anyways, i am not going to be coming back to this autozone as long as people like him are working at this location.

Will not come to this location ever again. The kid Matt was rude to me, rolled his eyes at me when I came to check out my items and acted like he hated his job, and the lady manager of the store paid no attention to customers whatsoever. The one in Des Plaines respects their customers. Go there
