Needed to have my truck scanned for my check engine light came on,and the guy at the counter said they don't do it anymore, even though is listed as a free service on their window with big letters. I think they're just lazy and don't want to help. Just keep going down the street to Auto Zone and have your car scanned over there. Very helpful people.

Nice guy very knowledgeable! Good employee for you guys. I felt sad that he had to work on the holiday but at least he knew what he was doing. Give him a raise

They're nice when your purchasing, but not if you're only inquiring - especially from the phone - thanks but not thanks Tom. Sorry to have wasted your precious 30 seconds. Worst customer service attitude.

We came 20 minutes before the closing hours, and store was closed, but there was someone inside. Also no one answered the phone.

Guy behind the counter was very rude, tried to bring in my old battery and get the $10 gift card that every O'Reilly store gives out, he says our store doesn't do it because they got too many batteries last week.
