I tried to return a cv axle that was under warranty and a Store manager named patrick wouldnt do a return when it was under warranty. Now i was there prior and they said they would do the return and didnt have enough money in the register to do the return and to come back the next day. Patrick did bot understand store policy and cost me an hour of my time going to another autozone. The white curly haired kid was mocking me saying go and leave a bad review. Poor kid looks slow, he should be kept in the back with a mop instead of in front talking with customers. Patrick is a poor reflection of a manager.
Max at the AutoZone in Mt prospect plaza helped me out immediately, even though my purchase was originally from this store on golf rd. Patrick at Golf rd was rude and condescending, and didnt understand what to do. Poor kid, i feel bad for the slow mf.
