I started with this bank when they were a branch of Glenview State Bank due to previous good experiences with Glenview State Bank. But from the beginning when the woman there who told me she'd be able to open another account with Glenview State Bank for me but didn't to problems with the Busey Bank customer service every time I use them there have been more problems than benefits.

I helped my aunt open a new account at this bank near her house. They were very pleasant and helpful. She had a lot of questions and they explained everything to her with patience and respect, which we both appreciated. She doesn't have a lot of money, but she felt secure with her new account.
The inside of this bank is really clean and well-kept. They practiced social distancing and were respectful of her age, etc.
I would recommend anyone toped a savings and checking account here.
