The worst customer service. They will not even try to satisfy the customers. Swati, Shazia, Rehan and of course the branch manager dont even deserve this one star or the work that they have .

Low budget operation with unprepared Bank employees. I came in at 4:00 p.m. to make a withdrawal greater than I could get at the ATM I noticed immediately how awkwardly sparse the Lobby is laid out. The area where you fill out your form doesn't even have anything with the date. It was 4:00 p.m. and there was no teller on duty.
How?
The person that greeted me told me to give her a "few minutes" so she could set up as a teller. I didn't have that kind of time so I I couldn't complete my transaction.

I called this PNC Mt Prospect branch (I am a PNC customer) to set up an appointment to get a document notarized (a single-page Special Power of Attorney) which is a free service offered by most banks. The person who answered the phone was friendly enough, but after he checked with the responsible individual he informed me that they only notarize PNC-related documents. Very disappointing.
I called US Bank instead (another bank that I use) and was easily scheduled to come in which was within the half hour of my call. They did not even ask if I am a customer. That is what I would call great service.
