When we first moved in 7 years ago we were so proud of the community. It was kept so clean and our neighbors were fabulous. We all respected our community and each other. Fast foward to now and i have never been treated so poorly by anybody like the way i have been treated by the sales rep that is currently employed in the sales office. She has no problem looking annoyed when ever I come into the office. She has made statements such as why do I live there if I cant afford the rent and recently she followed maintenance in my apartment and literally stared at me while speaking in her native language to some one on the phone. My past neighbors would easily testify that i have helped them with everything from fixing their tv and dog sitting during the covid era. My family has buried a family member every month dating back to October 2023 so finances were a little shaky so i feel that i am looked down upon. But damn $2400 a month and we are be treated less than civil.

Brookdale Lakes is a well maintained and a beautiful apartment complex I moved to Brookdale Lakes very recently and was impressed with everything. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Special mention to Hamida & Chelsey at the Leasing office who are very responsive and helpful. Hamida was kind enough answer all my queries patiently. Would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

Pedro, the maintenance manager, works very devotedly for the malfunctions that occur in my house and he is a very successful staff. I would like to thank him very much.
