    NO MORE MUDDY PAWS!!! Joe and his team have done it again. There had been a mud pit at both points of entry of our dog park. This was a problem that had gone unfixed for years with the previous management. A couple of days ago a crew went out and made a path for our Pups rouse without becoming covered in mud. Thanks again to Joe and looking out for his tenets here. Glenmuir is constantly being upgraded. The new management has made huge changes all for the positive. Under the leadership of Joe the entire complex is being spruced up. The place is not only looking great but after 5 years of living here Joe threw the first Christmas party and it was a hit. Got to meet some new neighbors and chat with others. Makes for a nice community. Maintenance under John is always on the move and it something goes out for any reason it gets taken care of right away. My washer stopped spinning and within a day a brand new one replaced it. Steve in the office always has a friendly hello when stopping by. Glenmuir has had an incredible injection of care with professional management who really cares about the residents. If you saw the place before you would not recognize it now. Great job and thank you guys.

    I have just renewed my lease for another year at Glenmuir. This will be my third year as a tenant at Glenmuir. The newer management team at Glenmuir is AWESOME! The common areas are well-kept, safe, and clean. Any work order requests are fulfilled by an incredible maintenance team that goes above and beyond what is asked of them. The office staff truly work with you to accommodate any special requests that might arise. Two years ago, I could not, in good conscience, leave this positive review for Glenmuir. However, our new Property Manager, Joe, has embraced this community like his own. Thank you. If you are looking at rental communities, do not overlook Glenmuir.

    My move at Glenmiur of Naperville was easy and enjoyable. The staff at Glenmiur was very tentative and helpful with my move, especially Steve, the leasing agent. Steve made sure I had everything that I needed and ready to go for my move. Everything was very neat, organized and put together. Keep up the great work!!!

    From the moment we saw these apartments we completely fell in love with them we didnt hesitate to apply right away. Everything was going great until now, we have been here for about 2 months now and the first month everything seemed fine up until we received the breakdown of our rent and bills this month. When we came in for a tour and information we were told our rent would be an amount we were also told we would get free Internet they said every apartment came with a storage and garbage would also be included in our rent. Well rent is now more than the amount we were told and even with the breakdown it just does not make sense. We were also told free internet was included in rent and it was not. The storage unit does NOT come with every apartment. We were clearly misinformed, we are being charged twice for everything now and even valet garbage that doesnt even pass by every day. We have put in requests for things that are not well taken care of in the apartment from that same day we moved in and they just told us they would note it on our file for us to not get charged upon move out, you would think they would come in and fix those things but instead we have to just deal with it. It is very frustrating and unfortunate to have to write a bad review but it has only been two months of living there and we already have concerns. Management should be mindful of the misleading information they are telling new renters.

    My sister lives in this complex and they suck the pipes froze again !!!!! this year and every month!!!! the rent is a different amount I don't get it this will.be my last year renting from here I will not recommend this place to Anyone !!!!!!
