Russel Martin Carpets recently cleaned a couch stained by previous tenants. Most of the spots came out no problem, though a few remained. They came out for a second pass, no extra charge and got rid of the remaining stains. I'm happy with their work. I've also used them to clean several area rugs during their "lug a rug" sale. They've done a good job freshening up the rugs I've lugged in. One rug I lugged in was a material that was not cleanable by their equipment. (They've put together a chart of different materials and the pros and cons of each. Definitely ask them for one.) Both they and I did not realize this and the rug got ruined. They VERY generously gave me a credit to use for a new rug and didn't charge me for the cleaning. Didi even came over to help me pick out a rug to match the furniture. I'm very happy with their customer service and recommend them whether you're buying a rug, getting a rug or furniture cleaned, or simply looking for decorating advice.

Outstanding service and work. RM cleaned the carpet in our hallways and stairs. They did a fabulous job and went above and beyond to accommodate lots of questions. Love how hands-on the ownership is in the business. Thank you Sam! Will be in touch to replace carpet soon.
