      image I am shocked that this was rated four stars on Google. I've stayed many places and can deal with small flaws. I acknowledge that it's impossible to be perfect. But I did not expect a dirty shower and ants in the bathroom and outer bathroom sink. The rooms and hallways smell "old" if that was a scent. Customer service is to be expected. Was greeted and check in was easy. Just wish it felt cleaner. Also ants dead in the wash cloth. The walls are SUPER thin. Nothing staff can do about that but our neighbor won't stop hacking his lungs out. Disappointed because this was the only hotel in the area that was a Choice rewards hotel.
