The front desk person (Jackie) is so rude that she alone makes it a bad experience. , They are so afraid that people might eat some of the breakfast , they barely keep it stocked. It's nice to have the full kitchen, but they are not even keeping them stocked with the normal items. They are going through a renovation, so there are some things to be expected. The pool has been closed for at least a year. It is a great location and hopefully when they get the renovation complete it will be a nice place to stay. Hopefully they get Jackie some customer service training. The rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Rooms: Very dated, carpet is stained, TV doesn't have WGN :(
Food & drinks: Lots of near by restaurants and close to Fox Valley Mall

Well kept rooms and great shower. Love the two room setup that we were in. Would certainly have been a good place for a longer stay then we were able to do!

Requested rooms to be next to each other prior to staying and then that was not an option when we arrived. The breakfast was really poor. Marriott normally does a great job but you could tell that the staff did not care at all. They did not replenish anything and the selection was really limited. They gave you all the toppings for a breakfast burrito but did not have any tortillas, ran out of orange juice and coffee, and only had one selection of bread. There was also food out in the hallway all four days during our stay. The pool was also closed. Very bad experience. Will not be going back again.

I have booked room for 7 days and currently staying. But the network connection is so stressful. Literally there is no Internet connection and they didn't fix it. My data from mobile is costing me much. The purpose of booking hotel is not fulfilled. My job is now pending because of this . Hope someone from Marriot sees this and fix Internet as soon as possible.
