        Definitely avoid. I had used Banfield services for over 10 years with multiple pets. When I could no longer bring my pets there they wanted to charge the entirety of the "contract" and demanded I pay the entirety of the plan for services "rendered"...but not all services were rendered for the plan. Including shots and dental cleanings that were planned for future dates. When I spoke to a representative I was told not to worry and the plan was cancelled. MONTHS later, I'm finding out they sent me to collections . Additionally there's always something else they need to bill you for every time you bring your pet in. Never been happy with this facility ever since they closed the Downer's Grove location.
