        The practice was helpful when I called about our pet rats and set up an appointment for us in less than 24 hours. Dr Timmons listened to our concerns and got to the root issue our furry friends were having quickly. Our rats were treated at the practice and a day later are doing better already. Thank you very much.

        Years ago when this place first opened it was great. Fast forward to 2022 the population increased in the Naperville area and I am confident so did the customers at this facility. Unfortunately, the staff is EXTREMELY careless. The prescriptions for my dogs were filled incorrectly FIVE times. I tried addressing the issue with Dr. Eric Timmons and he stated that the "protocol" would be changed but unfortunately in August, once again the medications were misfilled and on one of them the quantity was short but they conveniently charged me the FULL price. They do NOT take careless errors seriously so I did the correct thing and now take my business elsewhere but for the sake of the pets that are medicated...PAY ATTENTION!!!

        This was my first experience here at this clinic, I had no idea how outrageous the fees are here! I will not return with my 2 puppies. The vet does the exam in another room so you have no real opportunity to discuss pet health issues. I have owned pets for 30 years and this has been by far the least pleasant experience
