    Prompt response, excellent investigation and plumbing work peeformed, 10/2017. Very respectful technicians and they clean up when the work is completed. Also received a follow-up to the work.     So I am writing this review because of two things I've noticed after Done with Pride assisted me with a new water heater in August of 2016. We had just moved in to a new house and our water heater went out. Done with Pride was sent to us by our home warranty company (purchased by the seller). The warranty company was a nightmare to deal with, but Done with Pride was easy to communicate with and helped us to get the issue resolved. Hence the reason I am willing to give them 3 stars. However, a few months in, I now have found 2 issues I am not satisfied with. First, they re-pitched the exhaust on the new unit when installed. At the time, I didn't think anything of it, but last weekend I went to change the annual air filter on my furnace I found out why the exhaust was pitched the was it used to be. I can no longer get my air filter out. Rather than pay to have the pipe work done, we figured it was time for a new HVAC system anyways so I had a contractor out to get some quotes. He pointed out a few additional issues with the install, but the biggest thing that he discussed with me that Done with Pride did not, was rebates. The HVAC contractor informed me of potential rebates I can get through our electric and gas providers. In researching those, I found out we could have gotten rebates from both companies on our water heater that would have been significant, but we've missed the window to make the claim because we were unaware. Now, we're partially responsible for knowing that too, but that's the difference between a 3 star provider and a 5 star provider. The 3 star provider (Done with Pride) did their job well, but took no time or effort to consider any other aspects of what their job would affect (HVAC / Rebate). The new HVAC contract did.

    Done With Pride Plumbing replaced my sump pump. They were very nice and affordable. They were in and out and did a very clean job. I haven't had any problems since!

    I'd worked with this company briefly due to a plumbing issue. The claim was process through my warranty company and a technician came out. During the visit we were informed that they would need to use a camera to identify the issue and would contact the warranty company approval. After 2 weeks and no contact I called Done with Pride advised that I would pay the additional fee for the camera. At that time I was told that camera was broken because it has been some time since the claim. My main issue the they cashed the check without resolving issue. When i asked them if the deductible should be the same as a consultation and the manager " danced" around the question saying " that deductible vary" which was not my question. I again asked if the deductible should have been so much if nothing was done. Again, no "real" answer. I think asked what should i do and his response " you can go with another vendor because I don't know when the camera would be fixed". Why would you cash the deductible check without calling me to advise that camera was authorized? His response was it was his responsibility to call me. so basically you got an easy $100 bucks and you can wash your hands of the situation. UNACCEPTABLE! If for no other reason besides providing great customer service and call should have been made. I have since been able to get another vendor to help with this problem but i feel that this should be known about the company. Also, i failed to mention that at the beginning of the conversation no greeting was giving. When i started off the conversation with " Hello, how are you today" the manager "jumped" into the issue which further makes me feel like this is not a company I will ever do business. I wish I didn't have to give the company any stars.

    Responded very quickly and was able to find the problem that has been plaguing us for years that no other plumbing company could find. I would recommend them to everyone. Professional staff who even followed up next day to make sure everything was working correctly.
