My smoke detector was making a beeping sound, very annoying. I asked the maintenance to address the issue. The manager came after 2 days and replaced the battery. After a couple of hours, the sound started again for the whole night and day. My dog is the one suffering the most with the noise. My husband, my daughter and I cannot sleep or rest with the noise. I wrote to the manager this morning saying that the smoke detector is probably broken. So far no answer.. I feel like every time we ask for a service it takes a long time to be addressed, and it almost feels like we, residentes, don't matter.

Let's start off by saying this is a BEAUTIFUL property. I've lived here for 4 years now , and though it's had its lower moments - Timothy the property manager always handled things any management team should! I think they place has had bad luck in the past year with residents that the company had no control over. Since January this year I've seen so much improvement between the maintenance staff , Timothy and within the property itself. Chyenne the leasing gal in the front office has always been very kind and helpful as well . If you're considering this place , do not hesitate.

Ive been a resident for a few years now . This is a great property with lots of potential. Timothy is a great manager though he is always very busy . The biggest problem with the property was a few select NEW residents , that were very very trashy and dirty. They were young , and you can tell not very disciplined. The other new unit was clearly junkies . After talking to Timothy and Shianne at the office about these issues they assured me they were taking care of it . They explained what helped me understand - these people applied and fell under all the regulations and guide lines. There was no legal way they could deny them which put them in this unfortunate situation. Lucky both problem units located at the front of the complex have been cleared out as I assume they were evicted . The property looks so much better and I have had 0 issues with any of the residents or new tenants since they left !! Im very thrilled Tim and Shianne and the maintenance team have stepped up and finally took action as for a second I thought I was going to have to move. Lawn care has been working their butts off too - it looks better than last year!
