Parking is very poorly marked and street level entrance is hard to find if driving. Once inside very nice location, pleasant staff!

The front Desk Associates Olivia and Trenton helped save my partners birthday trip to Bloomington when our previous hotel was a bust. They booked us day of and even gave us a free dessert from their market for her birthday!

A group of almost 30 of us from all over the country were in town for a conference. On the last night of the conference, almost all of us were downstairs in the lobby working on presentations. Kenzie and Chloe could not have been more helpful! They printed so many color copies for almost all of us, which helped ease our minds about our presentations the next day. The location was walking distance to our work location and located in a perfect part of town for food and entertainment. The rooms were also great!
