I went in there to get my tire fixed. The lady there was very nice and even put in my new liscence plate for free. They weren't able to fix my tire but were able to make me a new tire and install it for 89.50. It took about 4 hours for them to finish my tire cause they had a line and about a half hour to put my new tire in.

There are some very, very good things about this place. They do provide the best deals on tires, a strong warranty, comparable to other tires stores. They work quickly, and go over your work order very clearly before starting to work on your car. They go out of their way to get you the best prices for repairs. I did experience a grievance with them on my last visit & returned with my car immediately. I was pretty fired up. Although we had words, the manager stepped-up and made it right. He indeed went above and beyond, even though he backed-up his staff. expert tire is the auto repair place in Bloomington to go to for old school customer service, and ethical business practices.

These people are awesome! I thought I needed new tires, and was prepared to buy them, but they checked my tires and DIDN'T SELL ME ANY. And when I had a problem with my brakes, they did a complete brake check for FREE. They are very polite, friendly, and helpful. :)

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET AUTO WORK DONE!!! They will tell you that you need to fix things on your vehicle that don't necessarily need to be fixed and they use scare-tactics to scare you into believing you wont be safe driving your car if you don't pay them to fix it right away. I went here for an oil change and was told that my back left wheel something or another (im a woman idk) needed to be replaced and if i didnt have it replaced i would have to sign a form before i left saying that they informed me of the problem and i would drive with it anyways... long story short by the time I left the place they had gotten over $300 out of me - talked to my Dad later and he asked me of certain symptoms that would occur if this problem with the vehicle actually existed well i had none of those symptoms and i believe that they took total advantage of me and replaced what ever the part was even though nothing was wrong. would recommend either Barneys or Jerrys diagnostic center just not this place.

I think it's funny that people complain about a price saying they could have done it cheaper themselves but they don't realize this is a business and like any business you have to pay for that professional's time. There are shop rates so that they can pay the employees who work on the cars. The employees who take tests every year to be certified to take care of your car. Do you get a lawyers services for free? No, you don't. As for the courtesy check, that lets YOU know whats wrong and if you want those things fixed YOU have to tell them. If they did it without telling you and you got charged for the services you would get upset, right? Also, brakes don't always make noise when they are bad. They could be to the point that a few more weeks your brakes would be shot and they were trying to tell you otherwise. I'm tired of hearing people complain about having to pay for services from trained professionals. Nothing is ever free. Maybe if you did the work all day every day by yourself you would realize how hard this work is on a human body.
