I am impressed with Tow Time Towing and Recovery and their driver Jakes' service that was provided.
Unexpectedly I found myself needing long distance towing for two vehicles on Easter weekend. Both of my vehicles wouldn't run because they had experienced mechanical issues.
After calling some other shops that weren't available to do long distance towing, I called Tow time. The phone call was answered right away, and was quick, prompt and professional.
The tow truck Driver named Jake arrived fast.
Inspite of some challenges because of a narrow road and long driveway on a steep hill, he safely and quickly got my vehicles loaded.
The towing was over 100 miles but even on Easter weekend Tow Time and Jake had no issues doing the towing right away.
When Jake was delivering the vehicles to the maintenance shop/drop off location soft ground from rain and a narrow unloading area posed challenges
With Jakes expertise these challenges were quickly overcome and he got the vehicles unloaded safely and in a timely manner and placed the vehicles easily in the narrow unloading area.
I highly recommend Tow Time Towing and Recovery and expert tow driver Jake, to take care of your towing.

I had an emergency today and my car was literally in the middle of the road. I called through tow places in town and found Tow Time to not only be the kindest and most understanding of my situation, but charged me such a fair price compared to other tow places...not to mention they were so quick to get to me and again, the customer service was amazing. I will now be only using them if I need a tow again. And I'll be telling my family and friends to use them to. Professionalism, kindness, and being fair with prices to customers in a rough situation is what you need when using a tow company. I'm very happy with doing business with them. Call them first!!

Says open 24 hours yet no calls are being answered. Got an Uber down there and no one is there and doors are locked. Horrible service for a 24 hour towing company!

This place does not even deserve ONE star. Jake (the owner) is a rude, grouchy, and inconsiderate man. He towed my friends car and when we called to ask about pick-up he was so disrespectful and rude for no apparent reason. He was making snarky comments and insisting we tell him what are plan was, while my friend was trying to figure that out. He is obviously very unhappy with his life and finds joy in making others unhappy as well. I absolutely do not recommend this place, if you have a choice.
