Bloomfield Apartments

If you're trying to save money, do not waste your time here. They will gouge you for an old, outdated, barely maintained apartment that is likely crawling with roaches and mice as ours was. The rent was increased every year to pay for flooding damage in that old building, not to mention all the water damage from plumbing that is not properly maintained. I promise you can find a better place for less money than this.

I have lived at Bloomfield apartments for ten years . I moved in , in 2013 to a studio , but after a couple of years . It proved to be too small for me , and the lack of space was bothersome . Fortunately , the leasing manager , Missy Montgomery, told me there was a one bedroom available , so she made it happen for me!! She is very professional, and tries her absolute best to be proactive in solving peoples issues in their apt . I had a issue last year , and she was on top of it immediately. I dont understand the negative reviews , I like living here, my unit has wonderful neighbors , and we look out for each other . I would recommend these apartments, whether you need a short term lease , or long term . They are also located near everything !

One of the worst apartment complexes Ive ever lived in (lived in 3 units) due to leaking and flooding in the bathroom in the first unit I was moved to a different unit, which also flooded and leaked in the bathroom, and my current unit doesnt have heat (called maintenance and landlord 5 times) and nothing has been done, this is how I have to heat my apartment, and I know youll try to reply to make yourself look better but you didnt care when we had no heat during the winter, absolutely DO NOT move here if you want to remain a sane individual. Im ecstatic to move out this week!

Living here past 3 years & never had a problem. Management team does an awesome job keeping everything in good shape.

Was explicitly lied to! When I called this morning the lady said we would need 90 days of employment verification then denied us for not having a years worth of verification! We paid $60 under the pretense that this place would honestly consider us but then screwed us over. We have a 1 year old and a two week old daughter and places like this are using people to their advantage!! Never consider this place! When I called to confront them the lady lied and stated she never said any of these words immediately without even hearing me out completely. Shame on people like this
