        Horrible place to live. our tub always leaked in the apartment underneath us they never fixed it and told us to just stop taking baths. Then once we got tired of them not fixing anything and telling us what we can and cant do in our apartment we gave them a 60 day notice for us to move out. Even thought we told them multiple times they never put that in their system and kept charging us when we werent living there anymore. Then if they take you to court they will cancel the second court date and reschedule it and you wont get a notice about it then when you try to fight it the judge will always take their side

        My aunt lived here and she does nothing but talk so highly of Briarwood! She also said management was amazing and was on top of all repairs!
