Canterbury House Apartments - Columbus

Canterbury apartments leasing office never responds on for anything. most of time there leasing office is closed and they never pick up the call. Its been over 2months leaving the apartment, security deposit has not refunded on timely manner. Calling corporate and sent many emails but no one is responding. its frustrating!!!!

I do not recommend living here. The apartments have come under new management and maintenance recently (11/22) so apartments are going to market value. The apartments are sub-par. Poor maintenace staff. Poor management staff. Poor neighbors (not quality). Police are there constantly. Don't stay here unless you have no other choice. The only benefit you get would be Children from PreK- 6th grade will go to Parkside. Good quality school. But bus runs late since they have to pick up Candlelight too. Do with this post as you will.

I'm not giving the apartment 5 stars at all. The only thing good that I have found there is Dejona, which I am giving 5 stars. She actually fulfills promises and helps when needed. When Loren gave my garage key to someone else, she made sure I got a new lock and key. When I had issues with maintenance, she made sure it was addressed in a timely manner. They are lucky to have her on staff because some of the "staff" they have onboard are not the best.
