I booked on a third party site. I booked a nice room because my husband really liked the hotel the first time we stayed there. So, I thought I would treat him and my daughter to a really nice stay. When I checked in, I learned they gave my room away and put us in a lesser, non-comparable room. I asked if my room would be discounted since they just up and gave my room away. They said no that they put us in a comparable room according to the rules of the third party site....It was not in the least comparable nor are the price differences between rooms. When we got up to our so-called "comparable" room, my daughter went to take a shower. The bathroom door would not close, the shower door would not close and then proceeded to leak water all into the hallway. I was severely disappointed in their service and the state of their rooms for being a fairly new hotel. My room was not cheap. I would expect more from a hotel like this and that charged this amount of money. A manager was suppose to call me and never did. It has been a week.

Hi Lisa, first thank you for staying with us again and we hope you'll come back in the future. When you book with a third-party we have rules and restrictions we have to operate by. The room we gave you was a comparable room ( all of our rooms are fairly comparable actually ) and we apologize about the shower door and other issues but our maintenance team would have promptly fixed it if we had known. Friendly staff. Love the way rooms are furnished and layout. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious. Breakfast is available (by the way I think eggs are from carton not fresh). There's a shopping center across with restaurants. Also, you're close to other businesses and IKEA.

Beautiful, clean, fantastic location! All around, excellent stay and great, well kept hotel. Highly recommend!!
Rooms: Spacious, clean, updated
Walkability: There are a ton of great places for food, drinks, and entertainment within walking and driving distance.
Noteworthy details: Helpful, kind staff. Great amenities. Pet friendly. Awesome location just off the highway and near a fabulous shopping/dining area.

Would I stay here again, absolutely. The guy checking us in on 12/22 is super unprofessional. He literally had a phone on his ear, and was humming the whole time I was talking . He didn't say much to acknowledge me speaking to him. They put out rotten bananas at the breakfast too. I know the darker bananas are better for you, but not everyone is into that. Room service didn't come once in 3 days. When we flagged them down, they took our towels and didn't replace them. The upside to this hotel was the other hotel staff were nice, and the location is nice. Breakfast Christmas morning has good bananas, awesome food choices. Loved the chorizo eggs, potatoes etc . Very friendly people.

1) Room was not ready when we tried to check in at 4pm; 2) Cups in the rooms are obviously not washed properly (stains); 3) Loud music heard from outside (bar or club I think) even at 12:30am when I am writing this review. 4) The AC/heater fan monitor says that it's time to change the filter --obviously not changed. --------------------- Worst experience.

Hi MJ, unfortunately we don't think you reviewed the right hotel. We don't have music playing in our bar and there's definitely not a club in the hotel. All of our rooms have up to date heating systems and the filters aren't changeable in the rooms, we do it at the control room and our rooms are always ready to be checked in by 3pm each day. Perhaps it was a different hotel in the area? We'd love for you to come experience our hotel for a great stay every time.
