        I had an ongoing issue since 11/2024 with getting my storage unit credited because I was supposed to have received one month free when purchasing the unit. I wasnt able to get ahold of the store manager to resolve the issue. I called 01/09 in the afternoon and spoke with Gigi. She was excellent, efficient, and kind. She followed up with me to inform that my account was updated and credited. I truly appreciated her time and effort. Thank you!
