        Andrew was very patient and super helpful. The manager Korrine and other employee were also very helpful and friendly. They were thorough in describing the plan and switch process. Looking forward to better service than AT&T.

        Extremely helpful with me and my daughter We bought two phones and watches and both helpers went beyond to ensure we were all set up. Knowledgeable and courteous at every turn. Will definitely recommend this store.

        The staff member we worked with was rude, unprofessional, and did not help us when we questioned the prices provided. We called T-Mobile directly after leaving and was able to get the service we need and received accurate prices. I would advise going to a different T-Mobile location than this one.
