Dont bank here unless you want manipulation and ugly attitude from the BRANCH MANAGER! Teresa?! What happened to Ryan? She's snake-like and very disrespectful to customers that aren't her "Favorite" . The whole banks been uncomfortable since this lady has taken over.

Only for this branch - other branches are great. The employee I dealt with before my Spain trip was rude from the start. I wanted to verify my card was unlocked. She tells me it wont work at all because theres no chip and that I shouldve checked sooner (I called to get card unlocked weeks before the trip). I had no problem not having a chip at all in Spain. So much undue stress and worry for nothing

Love the customer service there.
The knowledge the tellers have is outstanding (Especially for someone like me who doesn't get the bank stuff ). Dark haired lady with glasses and Ms Denita are really nice and listen to any issues you may have. Branch #1 for me

They would not cash a check because 1. The check wasn't certifiable and 2. I didn't have enough in my account to cover it. I tired to talk to the lady but she walked off. Very rude poor customer service. Never going back to that one again!!!! Dark short hair women in her 50s who was wearing red and she was over weight - 300lbs. Vet mean woman. She waved like what ever to as she walked away.
Went to another bank that the check was from,and they cashed it without any issues.
