It is a really messed up center, probably the worst Kindercare center.
I work for Indiana university school of medicine, but we were told by the previous director that we don't have a company discount when we enrolled our kid.
After we enrolled for more than a year, when we transfer to another center, the director from the current center told us Kindercare does offer 10% discount for IU employee.
It a lot of money we lost, but the Carmel center does not want to refund us. It is a very bad experience. This purely unprofessional practice, the Carmel center, the previous director should take the responsibility.

I do want to emphasize that the awful experience with this center.
They do not have enough teacher and ask us to volunteer several times a week. Since both of us work, we have to transfer to another center. They did not do enough education in that center.

We were here for just shy of a year. I would say we were pretty happy for the majority of that time but when it got bad, it was very bad. No notice of teacher turnover, repeated closures with little to no notice, reduced hours, and our child didnt have a consistent classroom. We had a really negative interaction with a teacher and we got a one sentence response back from the director in an incident that should have led to at least a phone call. It was so unreliable at the end, and the staff were just spread so thin it wasnt worth what we were paying for care.

My family is very happy at this KinderCare, they really follow the curriculum and my son its leaving so much.
