I have lived at South Meadow for 3 years and have had a great experience. You get what you pay for in terms of quality (apartments are cheaply built/maintained). However, leasing office is always kind, understanding, and helpful. I have never been short changed or had a better agent than Christina. Maintenance has always been quick and if there fix doesn't work they comeback. Only complaints are one of our bedrooms doesn't have heating or a closet (not really a bedroom) and dryer doesn't work and has to be run over three times.

I have lived here for a year now and I loved it at first but now they are under a new company known as Artisan Ames and they are raising my rent to $700 without communication to me or each other and I owe them $900 for one missed payment! They will find a way to screw you over! Never renting through them again

I lived here for about 2 years. The stuff was very understanding and efficient with work orders. They also help you collect packages. The only con is their price being a little high (around 800$ for 1b1b) for what you get with the surroundings and appliances inside the apartment. There is also no in unit laundry as well.

I had an issue with my front doors latch being loose/broken and Tim with maintenance was here first thing this morning. He talked me through what he could do to fix it and was very polite. He fixed my door very quickly and now it locks the way it should and I feel safe!
