Great location to everything in town, only a few miles from the university. However the walls are paper thin, I could hear the person in the next room snoring. I guess the 4th floor is designated as the party floor because the people across the hallway were partying until 3am and I could hear everything. The beds felt like sleeping on plywood and the pillows dont offer any support at all. And lastly, someone at the hotel thought itd be a good idea to mount (what I believe) the WiFi router to the ceiling, right above the beds so all night I saw the router blink 11 times and then the smoke detector blink twice (this was also mounted to the ceiling, right above the beds). Needless to say, with the plywood beds, extreme noise and blinking lights I didnt get any sleep. Oh and the snack area by the front desk, didnt have any snacks (besides a bag of Doritos). I would look elsewhere, this is too expensive for the type of hotel.

Clean and quiet, with great beds. The property seems to be relatively new, and the hallways have a curiously pleasant smell, like they are piping it in. I was only there for a single night but would happily stay again.
