I like convenience of veridian bank but it sure would be better convenience if ATM would be in working order I was there many times after work it wasn't working and was not convenient for customers too many times I wasn't happy. I live in Marion Iowa have to go clear across town I don't out of my way. Can we get better service on the ATM? It's been like this too long.

I simply asked to exchange a few paper dollars for quarters. The woman takes my money from my hands, sees a five, makes a face like I dont want to do this and tells me she cant help me because I dont have an account with them.
I wasnt asking for anything crazy. Just some quarters to change my laundry over to the dryer.
Why hold my money in your hands just to say no?
Its ironic because I just moved to Cedar Rapids and need open a bank account out here badly. If you cant do simple acts of kindness for strangers, then it makes me question how you would treat your customers. Or how you operate as an organization. I dont see how an account would make a difference. If I asked any bank to exchange paper for quarters, or for different bills, they would just do it.
