Delivering a doordash order so I haven't had a chance to actually rent a room there as of yet. But I would say it's very elegant looking and smelled very good upon my arrival. Nice and very clean establishment

Beds were way too soft. Front desk was nice enough to change my reservation from 3 days to 1 day.

Absolutely one of our favorite hotels to stay at when traveling to/from the Twin Cities. This hotel is spotless, has a great bar & restaurant & the service from everyone is always top notch. The corner room/stadium view rooms are for sure worth the extra cost. A few items to note: the hotel bathrooms have a modern design with glass showers (no doors) so families keep that in mind. We have heard noise between the walls on a few stays, but its nothing a bit of white noise didnt help. Book breakfast WITH your room and its much cheaper! Thanks for the $10 coupons to use at the bar and for upgrading our room more than once. Its a pleasure stopping here! Edit: April 2024 Still one of the best places to stay in the area! The hotel and grounds are still spotless and service is GREAT!

This was an unexpectedly great hotel. I've stayed at many courtyards over the years back to the days when they actually had a courtyard in the middle of the hotel. This property is great and well run. From the moment you enter the lobby has an amazing smell and the staff is friendly. Their lobby and bistro is fast and efficient and the food is actually quite good. Everyone working at this property is happy friendly and helpful. This hotel is within walking distance of the carver hawkeye arena. The night I stayed was a big march madness game and because of that they had someone in the parking lot , ensuring that people parking in their lot were guests. This was to prevent basketball game attendees from filling up their lot and ensuring guests at a place to park. This is the level of thoughtful detail that indicates a well run organization. Overall a really great experience.
