        Absolutely horrible pharmacist. Called to get my meds sent to me. She said they were already sent out never received them. Waited a couple days. She told me the same thing and then just hung up on me by the third time I called I was like I need to speak to the manager. She was so rude. It was the same lady pharmacist. I will never use them again Got all my meds transferred out of there !

        There was an elderly woman ahead of me at the pharmacy. Her Dr had not called in a prescription she needed. Kelsey the pharmacist asked her if she was out, which she was, and offered to send a couple home with her to get her by. That is absolutely hands down the BEST customer service! CVS is so blessed to have Kelsey, she is kind and caring to people. Really means a lot.
