On my way here from out of state, Thanksgiving day, my brakes started to fail. Nick was able to get me in the next day, diagnosed my problem, replaced the vacuum pump for my brakes, and allowed me to get home safely. Some of the nicest guys ever!

This place is an absolute joke of a auto shop. Spent 1300 bucks here trying to get my truck fixed and they couldnt figure it out had my vehicle for over 3 weeks never called and when I called them nothing but excuses. So I picked my vehicle up and nothing was fixed literally I call them back and I have to wait 2 weeks to get it back in so they supposedly got it fixed now but the. They say my wheel barrings are so bad they need fixed so I had only drove the truck from there to my house because I worried so I decided to drive it down the street recently and truck is doing the exact same thing it was doing when I brought there the first time. Not to mention I dropped my car off there on a Sunday which they are closed but door was open so I put my keys in there and seen a beer sitting on counter of that tells you anything and that was at 9 am. Do not recomend this place at all. As far as Im concerned I was robbed of my money and still have a non working vehical. Thanks for nothing ultimate auto! Service: Auto maintenance
