From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt at home and welcome. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and welcoming. Rodney was my salesperson and he right away put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, took his time to show me several different models and explained things in a way I could understand. He was very thorough when he showed me all the features. I couldn't have asked for a better fit for my experience. He was professional, funny, knowledgeable and did not pressure me at all. It was the best experience I've had purchasing a new vehicle. Rodney and all the staff at Ramsey were top shelf. Would highly recommend to everyone!!

I worked with Brian and he was great. He listened and knew what I was looking for. I worked with probably over a dozen different reps around the city and up in Ames. He was the only one who took the time to follow up with me when something new came in that fit my needs.
