Lounis Glass

I had window glass replaced in 2 windows. The installer finally came out to install after a long wait. But when he was working in my Master Bath he jacked up my window blinds and they don't work properly now. I called the owner of Lounis Glass and he said he would take care of the repair or replacement. Said he would get back with me in a week; never heard back so I did a follow up call and he now has my phone number blocked and I can't get thru to him. How's that for an honest man NOT keeping his word. I paid $700 for glass replacement and he doesn't have te decency to take care of the damage done by his installer and has "ghosted" me by blocking my phone number. I plan on reporting to Better Business Bureau and maybe call Channel 41 news about this guy. Very frustrated.

Have spoken to Lounis twice and he either asks to text him my name and address or says he will call back. He simply does not call respond.

Such a nice experience this was. Mr. Lounis is personable, experienced, and extremely professional. He replaced the glass in 13 windows at my house and managed to do so in less than a day. His work is meticulous and careful. It was interesting to watch him work. He was knowledgeable and knew how to handle each situation that he came upon with each of the different windows. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Mr. Lounis, conversing with him, and enjoying my new windows when he finished! Most definitely recommend him as one of the best contractors that I have dealt with over the years. Service: Glass installation
