This was a nice place before a change in management! The hot water comes and goes. Its a smoke free building but often smells like cigarettes or pot. Terrible!

They look nice after the remodle, yet the profanity, trash/clutter, and attitude of some of the tenants does make me think twice about living there.

They complain about everything. They don't fix roads in timely manner.

It is a gated community for White people only. If you are a minority of any other race, forget about it. You are not welcomed here.
